    • United States of America v. Dr. Gary Arlan Moore – Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky – The United States Government alleged Dr. Moore illegally prescribed opioid medication, thereby violating the Controlled Substances Act. After weeks of trial, in this multi-defendant case, Dr. Moore was the only defendant acquitted of all charges
    • State of Georgia v. Candler – Client charged with Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer: he allegedly pointed an AR-15 rifle at police officers responding to a suicide threat at his house. Client acquitted of all charges after a one-week jury trial
    • United States of America v. Perry Green – Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
