- Factors vs. Formulas– Cleveland Bar Journal – July/August 2016 Examined tendency to determine spousal support using informal formulas rather than 14 statutory factors for spousal support.
- A Long Road to Disappointment: Child Support under HB 366, Cleveland Bar Journal, Jul/Aug 2019 Examined 1st overhaul of OH Child Support guidelines in 27 years. While many improvements came from HB366, Ohio failed to adjust the support table in any adequate way given the increase in cost of living in the prior 27 years.
