    • Baton Rouge Coca-Cola Bottling Co., Ltd. v. General Truck Drivers, Warehousemen and Helpers Local Union No. 5, 403 So.2d 632 (La. 1981), (successful appeal for a local union reversing a district court preliminary injunction and overturning two Louisiana Supreme Court decisions in the mid-1950s as unconstitutional under Louisiana’s “Little Norris-LaGuardia Act” prohibiting injunctions in labor disputes)
